The Journey
Before SEO became my primary focus, my professional career started in music.
In the 1980s, I studied classical guitar, played in a pop group and composed music for documentaries, television productions and commercial advertising projects. Those years taught me creativity, storytelling and how to connect with audiences - skills that later proved extremely valuable in marketing and SEO.
During the 1990s, I built a successful mastering and CD/DVD duplication company in the Netherlands. Between 1990 and 2005, I worked on more than 9,000 music projects for artists, labels and production companies, including projects connected to major labels such as EMI, Virgin and Sony Music.
Because my company was one of the first businesses in the industry with a strong online presence, I became fascinated by website rankings, search engines and online marketing.
From 2005 onward, I focused heavily on SEO, link building and digital marketing. Over time I expanded into international SEO campaigns and eventually founded AI Linkbuilders.
Today I help businesses around the world generate more visibility, traffic and leads through SEO, authority building and AI-focused search strategies.

Through my duplication company, I had the opportunity to work with several well-known SEO educators and internet marketers.
Many of them produced large training programs distributed on DVD. While duplicating thousands of copies, I spent countless hours studying the material myself.
That experience introduced me to search engine optimization, link building, affiliate marketing, online business models and conversion optimization.
Since then, I have continued investing in advanced SEO education, schema implementation, link building research and AI-driven search optimization.
