Clients agree to provide accurate and necessary information required to deliver services, including:

Delays in client communication may affect timelines.

Payment terms are defined per invoice, package or custom agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Work begins after payment confirmation
• Consulting sessions may require advance payment
• Monthly services are billed according to the agreed schedule

Late payments may delay service delivery.

Due to the nature of digital consulting and SEO services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.

Refund requests may be evaluated individually at our discretion.

Completed work, delivered audits, consulting sessions and custom strategy work are non-refundable.

Delivered materials may only be used according to the agreed service scope.

AI Linkbuilders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including:

• Lost revenue
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Ranking losses caused by algorithm changes
• Third-party platform changes

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services directly related to the claim.

Project information shared by clients will be treated confidentially.

AI Linkbuilders will not disclose sensitive business information unless:

• Required by law
• Explicitly authorized by the client

Either party may terminate ongoing services according to agreed notice terms.

Upon termination:

• Completed work remains billable
• Outstanding invoices remain payable
• Access permissions may be revoked

You agree not to misuse this website, including:

• Attempting unauthorized access
• Disrupting website operations
• Copying proprietary materials without permission
• Using the site for unlawful purposes
